- Manual Crimping for Pharmaceutical Vials
The Manual Vial Crimper is designed for precise, repeatable sealing of aluminium vial crimps in laboratory and pharmaceutical environments. It delivers consistent crimp quality to support vial integrity, sterility and tamper evidence in regulated applications. - Interchangeable Crimping & De-Capping Heads
The crimper is fitted with interchangeable heads, allowing it to be configured for different vial seal sizes and functions. Separate heads are used for crimping and de-capping, ensuring correct operation and optimal performance for each task. - Compatible with Major Vial Seal Types
Designed for use with plain aluminium seals and flip-off / flip tear-off seals.
For flip-off and tear-off seals, the plastic insert must be removed first, after which the aluminium crimp can be de-capped using the appropriate head. - Common Pharmaceutical Vial Sizes
Suitable for 13 mm 18 mm and 20 mm vial seals, covering the most widely used sterile vial formats in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics and veterinary applications.
(32 mm vial sealing is handled by a separate benchmark machine and is not covered by this model.) - Professional, Consistent Crimp Quality
Precision-engineered jaws and controlled closing action ensure tight, uniform crimps without damaging the vial or seal. This supports consistent sealing quality in GMP-compliant environments. - Integrated De-Capping Capability
