What Led Dublin Herbalists to Investigate Automated Filling?
Dublin Herbalists had previously purchased a tube closer from Adelphi Manufacturing and were very happy with the equipment and service received.
鈥淲e have been aware of Adelphi for a while,鈥� Glynis explains. 鈥淲e recently took on a few contract manufacturing jobs and knew we needed to upgrade our filling capabilities, so we started investigating filling machines.鈥�

鈥淲e are very happy with the variety of products we can use the machine for,鈥� Glynis explains. 鈥淲e also know that if we scale up further, the Response range has much more it can do - for example, if we connect to a second or third machine.鈥�

When asked which features have been most beneficial, Glynis highlights the pump from the floor, the heated hopper, and the wide range of fill volumes, along with the ease of switching between them.
鈥淲e have only been properly using the machine for a week or so, but the huge increase in output and the decrease in time spent filling is remarkable.鈥�
鈥淎s expected, we now need to bring other processes before and after filling up to speed - but we鈥檙e excited to do so.鈥�
