  Suitable for filling creams, gels, ointments and thick pastes across a wide range of viscosities. Interchangeable nozzle options allow the machine to be configured for different product types and tube formats.
• Flexible Nozzle & Filling Options
  Liquid and semi-viscous products can be filled into tubes positioned vertically using curved or cut-off nozzles. Positioning locators ensure accurate and repeatable tube alignment for every fill. Thicker ointments can be back-filled into aluminium tubes using a straight, close-fitting nozzle to maintain fill quality and consistency.
• Hygienic, Pharmaceutical-Grade Construction
  All product contact parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and virgin PTFE, with FDA-compliant materials used throughout. Standard seals are FKM (Viton), with alternative options including EPDM, silicone and FFKM available to suit specific product or cleaning requirements.
• Customisable Output & Safety Options
  Available with one or two filling heads to suit different production requirements. An ATEX-compliant version is available for the safe filling of flammable products or those that may generate explosive vapours.
